How do I get Search box as the Top box on the Home Page???

This new home page layout is a disaster. The Search box should be the PRIMARY box at the top of the screen. What is it with this trees box and how do I get rid of it? Don't the programmers know how to create customizable home pages??? C'mon Ancestry. Total thumbs DOWN!!
