Ancestry doesn't WANT my money!

Here's the deal......my debit card expired and Ancestry sent me a notice that my account had been closed. It also said, not to worry, all I needed to do was update my debit card information. So, I did. The next time I attempt to access my account, which was the next day, I was a "registered guest." The new credit info was still in place...no money was removed from my account. So, I thought they were being slow. I waited about a week. Still nothing. So, I emailed them. Nothing. Emailed them again.....nothing. I called them and after waiting almost 20 minutes, I was disconnected. So, I emailed them again. Nothing. Now, it has been more than a month and no one, literally NO ONE will speak with me about my account. My DH drew my attention to the NEW AMOUNTS they are wanting for their membership. (Mine was 7.95 monthly, paid monthly for a reg US account.) Now it is 19.95!!!!! Of course, I cannot afford it now.
Here's the real sting...I cannot erase my debit card information. I feel like I am at their mercy...they can start my account back up at any time...or I can sit in limbo for the next 10 years!
