Why confuse the confused? They don't need to go to the tree to remove it.
If you're not seeing this on your machine, you either have a browser issue, and I would suggest clearing the cache, quitting and restarting the browser, it that doesn't resolve it try clearing cache and cookies, quit and restart. If that fails, CALL support and have them kick it. Contacting the tree owner is not going to resolve this issue, it's not on their end.
