So, I'm curious as to where that leaves you, and if you've been able to get any response at all from ACOM. Many of us have felt like we were simply banging our heads against the wall, waiting endlessly on 'hold' and being connected finally with front-line support people who seem to be as in the dark as we are. Have you had ANY luck at all in determining if there is a recognition by ACOM management that a problem exists, or any path toward a solution? My sense is that they care about selling new memberships, and that investment in support is waaaay down toward the bottom of their corporate 'to do list.
