I assumed that I would be able to get rid of it. I wouldn't have minded if I had tried it out on an ancestor who died a hundred years but I opened Ancestry at my father's profile page, saw the View Relationship to Me, and wanted to test it. I never thought for a minute I'd be unable to undo it.
