In my opinion, before Ancestry insists on fixing things that really do not need fixing, I wish they would fix things that really do need fixing. One thing is inconsistency. When looking at census records for example: one decade will have Echo, Dale, Alabama, United States.Another decade will have Pinckard, Dale, Alabama. Another decade might have Echo, Dale, Alabama United States of America and still another might have Echo, Dale,Alabama, USA. I think these should be consistent through out and they certainly are not. There are several other examples of completely inconsistent records through out the web site. Instead of insisting on the BETA THING that appears to be so bad and/or the update of the census with the so-called INTERACTIVE option, maybe the above things could be fixed FIRST.
