Classification: Query
Let us be clear here. There are numerous medieval documents. Pedigrees cannot be built on stories or undocumented sources and I do not comprehend why anyone would derive any satisfaction from trying to do so.
Twice I have traced incorrect information shown on other peoples Ancestry Public Trees back to this site http://fabpedigree.com/
The clue is in the final line of the final page http://fabpedigree.com/mailme.htm
"If my data is very puzzling, I don't mind trying to answer a question about source, but in most cases my sources are uninteresting third-hand Internet sites. Usually a few minutes spent doing Google searches will provide you with more information than I can give."
I could set up a website and display what I know but it would not appear as impressive as Fabpedigree and they would not change their pedigrees on the basis of what my site now says.
I can only advise everyone to avoid Fabpedigree.
