*My only issue with those who have used the information I post - when they attach it to the wrong person, with a similar name in a different location, different century. That information then proliferates to multiple other trees.*

Yup, my poor grandfather who was married with a child living in Australia has been added to someone elses tree and appears to be living in America with another wife and children, at the same time!
When I contacted the private tree owner to ask why she copied info/photo's of my grandfather, she stated he had the same name as her grandfather and was the only one she could find any information about.
When I told her it couldn't be him as we lived in his house with him until he went to hospital and died and then buried him next to his wife, she stated we must have make a mistake.
