This is continuing to happen on trees and message boards and is totally WRONG.
It is not only against Ancestry's own rules but against the law in some countries.
Complaining to Ancestry gets you nowhere, that's assuming you can find a "report" feature that works on the site.
Emailing Ancestry gets you a reply of "Thankyou for your concerns but all privacy issues/complaints need to be taken up with our Executive Offices at..."
I actually thought about phoning one of the living people that was being discussed (without their knowledge) on the message boards and telling them, so they could seek legal advice. Would have been easy as all their details were plastered for everyone to see.
If Ancestry doesn't STOP this from continuing and set a reliable 'report' feature in place, someone will take legal action sooner or later.
