Ancestry World Tree is simply a gedcom that can only be uploaded through Rootsweb. This gedcom must be created via your on genealogy software if you have such. The Ancestry member Tree is a different application wherein you display your photos, link documents, invite others, etc. I am attaching a screen shot showing the two appearing - one is called Public Member Tree-that is the one wherein you display your photos, etc.-the other is called Ancestry World Tree which can only be uploaded via Rootsweb. This one does not carry photos, cannot accept invites,and cannot be changed through editing online.
