I was contacted by someone looking for their long lost father. They believe they found him on my tree. Then I found out that someone in my family conceived two children outside his marriage. Out of respect for his wife who may never have known about the children it was kept a secret. His wife is my aunt and am no blood relation to this man. Both this man and my aunt are now deceased.

Now this person looking for their father has created a tree on ancestry of their own saying my aunt is her step mother and here are these two children of his. Not sure what to do but I honestly don’t want her connected to my tree at all. We are of no relation what so ever. Its actually upsetting my mother. While I admire the courage it takes to go finding your parent. I don’t feel I should have to be part of this.
