Yes, they seem to be horribly incorrect, inordinately confusing and almost impossible to navigate.

I found petition 104139 but it's not for Dmytro Chupo, it's for Josaf Helenius Lennakallio, previously known as Joppe Helenius Linnakallio. See screen shots. The number was difficult too see on the original so I lightened it a little.
