I have this statement taken from the Orson Pratt Brown website, I believe it was written by his grandson. "He continued to live over in the cabin, until in about 1905 or 1906 he came to the Davis home(they were living in Alexandria at that time) and announced that he was leaving for good. He went to Seattle where his sons, Tom (Lewis Thomas Archer) and Byron "Frank" Archer, Jr., were employed. In 1907 Tom and Frank came back east for a visit." At that time they told Mary Archer Davis that her father was dead. The statement says nothing about bringing his body back to MN to be buried so that is why I am assuming he was buried in Seattle.
