Manchester Cathedral Burials 1837 - 1843

These new records from Ancestry are excellent but in the search for one ancestor I came across several records where the Abode was entered as a single capital letter - 'D'. I can find no reference to the significance of 'D' as an address. The 'D' is used by more than one Minister, the ages of the deceased range from 15 years to 83 years in the records I have looked at and there appears to be no correlation to preceding abode addresses. Can anyone suggest the meaning of 'D'?
