Never heard of such a thing, went to Montecito Memorial Park in San Bernardino, Calif...Explained who I was and what I was doing, and they were EXTREMELY helpful in assisting me.....Would never have found the headstones on my own, as it is a huge cemetery.....So it probably just depends on who you run into
