I wanted to post this, and I'll leave you all with it!
I have found many DIFFERNET surnames in the Burrow Cemetery outside of Monette, Arkansas... I do not know the county, but it's in BETWEEN Lake City, & Monette. I took pictures. Only a few of the pictures I took came out -- I'll list the ones I can see at all for everyone to view/discuss... keep in mind that I don't know anything about these people, except that they were SUPPOSED to be related to the Burrow's (my family). I have only recently found this graveyard, and by making everyone aware of it, I'm hoping to change it's sad condition..... Here are some of the graves, as I can read them:

MOTHER:
Eva May PYLAND -- born 1881, died 1928
In loving Memory

BROTHER:
Jim B. PYLAND
Feb 22, 1909
June 7, 1939
Loving Memory

(on a small marker with just name & dates)
W.L. DAVIDSON
1891 - 1931

This stone is actually some sort of monument, and I'll list everything on it...
(at the top, standing about 6' high, in a circular patter, are the words:)
WOODSMAN OF THE WORLD ASSOCIATION
(at the bottom of this one)
William (R?) COBB
born Nov. (30?) 1876
died (June 11, 1915 -?)

(small marker, with just name & dates)
Delora OWEN
1918 - 1942

W.L. PETIGREW (maybe PEDIGREW?)
born March (11, 1879 ?)
died (cannot read it, as it's mostly buried!)

(3 on one stone!)
Minnie Ray
1898 - (1918?)
Dossie Ray
1899 - (1918?)
(Herbert, or Ebert?) Ray
(can't read these dates at all!)

It has that same monument on the top:
Woodsman of the World
at the bottom:
Arthur A. STRICKLAND
Feb 23, 1894
Dec. (31,1924 ?)

Louis A. (maybe Louisa) STRICKLAND
june ? after that I can't read it!

Francis, daughter of (can't read) THURMAN
Dec. 4, 1911
April 2, 1913 (could be 1918)

Mary Lee daughter of G.W., & F. (M?) THURMAN
(sept?) 17, 1912
(Nov?) 12, 1912

(there were several memorial stones from "WOODSMAN OF THE WORLD ASSOCIATION -- I don't know what that is! On the bottom of this one is --)
H.H. RICHIE
Feb. 14, 1887
Oct. 4, 1924

Paul
son of
Henry & Goldie RICHIE
Dec. (1, 1917 ?)
Feb. (26, 1919 ?)

Goldie FRAZIER RICHIE
wife of
Henry RICHIE
born June 29, 1899
died May 28, 1922
*She was the sunshine of our lives*

The cemetery has been SADLY forgotten, and most graves were put there between 1840 - 1940. I can't remember the earliest graves for ANY of the surnames, but the latest ones I beleive were 1943 (not Pyland). I just thought I'd let some of you know, as I REALLY beleive they are some of your family members.
Other surnames include: BURROW, BEAKLEY, CAMERON/CAMBRON, THURMAN, RAY, RITCHIE/RICHIE, FRAZIER, OWEN, DAVIDSON, STRICTLAND/STRICLIN, COBB, PETIGREW
There may be more surnames, but as most of my pictures didn't turn out, I don't remember them all, and many of them were unrecognizable beyond repair!!
I hope that I can connect these long forgotten souls to someone who wishes to find them! Then maybe we'd have enough people to be able to keep the place up to standards!!
HAPPY HUNTING!
