According to the book "Souls in Heaven, Names in Stone", there were 3 cemeteries known to be in the Hartly area that were destroyed with no records available.
1 at the junction of 93 and 96 - existed in 1955, gone by 1963.
1 northeast of 176, northwest of 11 - destroyed prior to 1955.
1 south of 103, destroyed prior to 1955.
There is however, the Friendship AME Church Cemetery in Kenton - which is close to Hartly. If you provide a name, I'll look up in the books that I purchased when researching my family history in that area.
