I'm way behind on my research of the Harris family of the West Nottingham Hundred. We know that Nathan Harris who built the Harris House in Rising Sun/Harrisville was my husbands 3rd or 4th great grandfather. His direct line then goes back to John, another John then William Harris who we believe settled there first. Nathan's son John would have been born in the time frame you listed but know he moved to Wisconsin during 1820-1821.
