There is a little known Authoritive Online resource. Try Googling the Keyword "GNIS" Click on "US and Territories" pull down "State" and the Counties field will automatically list Counties for that State. Then set Feature Class as "Cemetery" and Click "Send Query
This is the most Complete record of Landmarks that I know. Because of it's nature, It lists little known cemteries without the benefit of an Office or Phone number.
It also give you a Map name to order for.
Without this resource, I could not locate a "Stafford Cemetery" in Chenango County
