Royal Irish Constabulary DANIEL CLIFFORD

Hi, I recently obtained the service record for Sub Constable Daniel Clifford (number 529) who enlisted in the RIC in 1828. He was pensioned in 1852 and migrated with his family to Hobart, Tasmania. He was at Kilrea, Londonderry in 1827 to 1831. I have records of two of his children being baptised there in those years. His record states that he was Allocated to Londonderry but I can find no birth or baptism record in Londonderry of three children he had post 1831. I also read it was common practice to post members of the RIC out of their home county. Would there be any record of his postings other than on his service record. Thanks in anticipation, Ian
