I have recently read on several DNA blogs written by experts that they believe the Ancestry.com test is very flawed, especially when it comes to telling people they are Skandinavian when either they're not or they aren't as much as their test results indicate. This is based on many comparisons to other brands of DNA tests, plus the fact that a disproportionate amount of people are told by Ancestry DNA that they have Skandinavian DNA. In fact, many of them are calling Ancestry.com "irresponsible" in continuing to give out these results and then pretty much BSing everyone into believing them, especially when many experts have questioned them. They're advice? Take the 23 and Me test, which is now only $99 and tells you much more.
