Yes, but as others on this thread and other threads have indicated many people who expected more Native American are looking at this Finnish/Volga category as well as Asian, Persian and what became the Spanish.
See also this thread. Many people have expressed concerns that the Native American percentages are too low And/Or that they had other unexpected results. The Finnish/Volga is just one of those categories where they are finding unexpected results.
Much depends on the time period. People forget that Russian fur trappers were among the earliest to hit the west coast of North America.
