The Volga-Ural admixture is much older and has a more complex story

One DNA researcher says that her finnish/volga ural proves her fathers deep german roots. Whose to say? With Asia so close, that could be just one component of it. What is for sure? as more submit, we will see changes. My own sons results show him at 17% F/V-U and mine was 13% - his shows Scandanavian, while mine shows none. My twin shows 23% F/V-U - so it will be interesting to see what other family members show up as now.
