No more invites?

I was surprised to see on Facebook, ACOM is now advertising it's DNA test open for any subscribers for $129: http://dna.ancestry.com/home.aspx

I signed up on the first available day to receive an invite for the $99 test. Never got my invite (and yes, I made sure it never went to my spam box, I have a filter set to make sure any emails from ACOM go to my inbox, never spam). Does this mean they are no longer sending invites? The offer for $99 is over? Is it even legal to promise me something for $99 and not deliver?

I might be willing to buy it for $129 if I knew I was getting something more than what I was supposed to get for $99. Have they added anything to the package? Or have I just been massively screwed?
