I got the same link from tech support and they said they were unable to see or reproduce the problem so they are assuming the problem is in the browser. I did mention to them that per the message boards others were having the same issue.
Right now I am able to see everything if I use Internet Explorer instead of Firefox - however others have the same result in reverse. Prior to a week ago or so I had no issues at all and was on my DNA page every day. I guess I will just live with it, using IE unless or until the problem crops up there too.
