Ancestry DNA test results

Hi All,
I just got the DNA results back from Ancestry and could use some help or advice. Rumor has always been passed in my family that there was a Native American ancestor. I thought DNA Test might help prove or disprove this rumor. Results came back British Isles 68%, Scandinavian 30% and uncertain 2%. I understand the uncertain part, but what does the 2% mean. Is there any type of formula or rule of thumb as to how this may relate to an ancestor. If for example, a great great grandparent was 1/2 Native American (with uncertain DNA), how would I know what % this would make to my overall DNA Test? If I knew this ancestor would account for say a 5% Uncertain, then I would have a reference to gauge what the 2% means.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
