DNA Results In / The Middle Eastern Question

I finally recieved my results today!

Central European 77%
Middle Eastern 9%
Eastern European 8%
Uncertain 6%

My paper tree reads something like (25% Irish, 25% Ukrainian, 25% Italian, 12.5% german, 12.5% Hungarian/Slovak)

I'm not entirely surprised about the 77% central European, seeing as I have German/Austrian in my paper tree. However, might it be possible some of my Celtic DNA (through the Irish side) is showing up as Central European (seeing as this is where the Celts migrated from)?

I was extremely surprised to see Middle Eastern present. I have ancestors from Ukraine, Slovakia, and Hungary. Might it be possible that the Middle Eastern marker is simply the result of one of these populations being isolated for so long that their DNA was almost unchanged from the time their neolithic ancestors migrated there? My Ukrainian ancestors were from Galicia which was at one point occupied by Scythians.. I also suspected that perhaps somewhere along the line there was intermingling with Jewish population (I find this somewhat unlikely though, since all of my ancestors from Eastern Europe were either Byzantine Catholic or Eastern Orthodox). However, almost all of my DNA matches in the Middle Eastern category have European Jewish heritage, as well as Eastern European (some do not even have the Middle Eastern ethnicity in their results)..

As for the uncertain, I really don't know what it's picking up (my Italian ancestors were from the southern tip of Calabria so perhaps some North African or Greek influence which is not being detected?)

I'd really like to hear your guys's opinions on these results, I'm very satisfied with them and happy that I have more mysteries to solve!
