Hi John, I am new to using the DNA. I had my Mom's brother take the test through Ancestory.com. Looking through these postings, I compared our results to yours and found only two that does not match, so does that we mean we share a common ancestor or am I off base? Our DYS391 is 10 and DYS385a is 12. The rest seems to be the same......Alice
