Two Ancelet brothers (Pierre Constant and Etienne Francois) and their families from Brent, France arrived in US (Louisiana) in mid 1800. Some family stayed in Louisiana, Cajun Country and others traveled up the Mississippi to settle in Basco, Hancock Co, Illinois. Looking for anyone having information on Ancelet families in either LA, IL or TX. Have lots of information to share.
