I am seeking information on the Milhous Plantation which was owned by Phillip and Rebbecca Milhous. Copies of photos and slave rosters, if available, would be greatly appreciated. Also seeking family lineage on Abram Milhous who was born enslaved circa 1800. The Milhous Plantation House still stands and is owned by the Beers Family.
I would also like to communicate with anyone in the Dallas County area who may be familiar with the Milhous family name. It is possible the name Milhous could be spelled with an (e) in some documents.
