My Great-Great-Great grandfather's named was Edward Dell Carter, born August 7, 1884. He was born in Willow Grove, Kent, Delaware. He married in 1920 Mittie Blanche L. Williams. Togther they moved to Philadelphia. Other than this and that his parents were from Delaware, I really have no other information on him. If anyone can help me out I would greatly appriciate it.
