African American RISK, DARNEAL families

Surnames: RISK, DARNEAL, WATSON
Hi everyone,
Hoping you might have some ideas that would help me find Sarah (Risk) DARNEAL. I haven't found any census records with her or her husband on it, but here's what I know:
-- b. in Midway, Woodford County (maybe around 1844)
-- parents: Bettie MOSS and unknown Risk
-- spouse: Robert DARNEAL (born in KY or MO)
-- children: Albert, Kevin, Lizzie, Luela and Hettie (who was born 1864, married Joshua WATSON, died 1958)
Family stories say her father was a white man (slave owner or trader) who may have been a doctor.
No idea of why I'm not finding anything... any help would be greatly appreciated.
