Surnames: Weaver, Bovender, Cooper, Woodson, Hemings, Randolph, Jefferson
Thank you for your suggestions. I done most of the things you've suggested. I know that Charity married Jacob and was with him until he died. She that remarried a Mr. Howard in Feyette, Lawrence Co., Ohio and died as his wife. I'm down to making lists of all of the "Charity," "Charity A.," and "Charity Ann* in Yadkim, Surry and surrounding counties in the 1850 census and then determine if they were still in the 1860 census under the same name, had died, married other than Weaver (Wever) husbands and if they are still in North Carolina in 1860 since I know Charity and Jacob were in Ohio by the 1860 census.
I know she wasn't the Ash Co. Charity Weaver because she ends up in Oregon. The one I'm seeking stayed in OHio until her death.
