Dolly Esther Walton, 92, entered eternal rest Sunday, April 29, 2012.

Born December 10, 1919. In Union Mills, North Carolina. Retired as a private duty registered nurse for over 35 years.
Preceded in death by her husband Thomas Sr., parents Rufus and Annie Twitty, two brothers and four sisters.

Survived by three children, Adara, Gail (Ikie' D.) Lively and Thomas (Sharon) Walton Jr., two sisters, Hortense Henderson and Mattie Twitty, sister-in-law, Essie Twitty; four grandchildren, Princess, TaiShawn, Brittainy and Kaira; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives.

Celebration of Life service 12Noon Monday, May 7, 2012 at Mt. Vernon A.M.E. Church, 1127 Mt. Vernon Ave. Columbus, Ohio with Rev. Dr. William S. Wheatley officiating.

Family will receive friends 11 a.m. until time of service.

Interment Union Hills A.M.E. Zion Church, Union Mills, North Carolina.
