The childreb I have for Margaret and William Ray are:
1. Unknown- her children live with Margaret and William Ray
and were named Mary and William Ford.
2. Hester b. abt 1858
3. Louis/Lewis born 1859 married Mary was in Philadelphia
1830.
4. Joseph Ray born abt. 1864 married Jennie. Their
children Bertha, Mabel and Willim lived with his sister,
Malinda after his death. The children were born in Rhode
Island.
5. Malinda Ray born abt. 1866 married Elias Diggs. (Diggs
family were slave owners in Fauquier Virginia.) Their
children are Lavinia, Julius, JAmes, John and George.
Malinda has step children from Elias's previous
marriage.
6. William Ray born 1869 does not appear on 1880 census
must die young.
7. Oscar Ray born 1870.
8. Mamie Ray born 1871.
9. Robert Ray born 1874.
10.Maria Ray born 1875. Appears to be the mother of William
Ray and Margaret Ray but with no spouse.
11.Arementia Ray born 1880.
12.Luther Ray born October 1882.
13.Mary Ann Ray Oct 1888.

Margaret must pass shortly after Mary Ann's birth. William remarries and some of the children live with his new wife Celia born July 1836. In 1920 William is found in the Philadelphia census and he is widowed.
