This is a short paragrah at the end of the book. "In the list that follows, many of these houses wee visited as far back as 1930 and may have since been destroyed without my knowledge." then he proceeds with the above listed of homes.
This book tells how many people and how money it took to run these large homes. Crops and livestock mentioned. Who drew the plans and who built the places. It just wonderful but then I like history.
