Surnames Mack & Washington from Mason Co. KY

I am looking for information on Lydia/Lyddie Washington & George W., or John, Mack of Mason Co., KY. In the 1870 census Lyddie Washington & children Charles Washington, Addie Washington, Richard Washington & George Washington are located in the home of a McMillan family. In this census they are listed as white. In the 1880 census, this family is still living in Dover, Mason Co., KY. Lydia has married a Henry Burrell and all children are listed as Burrell. Lydia's children are listed as Mulatto. According to the death certificate of son Richard, his fathers name was George W. Mack. Per Robert's dc his father was John Mack. All children went by the Mack surname in later census.
