Hello. Chances are, we are related if you are related to the Pannells that ended up in WV. The earliest Pannill that I have in my database is Lewis Pannill, Sr. He was born in Pittsylvania County, VA. I am unsure about the year but I think that it was around 1857. He was married to Eliza Ann Robertson. They had three children; Lewis, Amelia, and Louisa. Let me know if any of this sounds familiar.
