My great-great-grandmother on my mother's side was actually born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was her grandparents who were originally from Shkodër, Albania. They followed the Christian faith and spoke Gheghë Albanian. When the invasion of Turkish Muslims began, my descendants quickly left Albania and immigrated to Spezzano Albanese, an Arbërëshë qytete (or village) in Southern Italy. From there, the immigration to Wisconsin began. This makes me 1/6% Albanian.
