Thanks Brian. I guess we could call it a stroke of luck in my finding a link to my long lost family as I'm new to Ancestry.com and am not real familar with brousing within it. Tell me, I do realize he left this post in 2004, and I know there's a very good chance he might have given up with no reply for that long, but I'm hoping there's another part of the site that he has started & is monitoring. I'm searching the best I can using the family names, but in such a massive site with so many same names matching different family lines, what method would a experienced guy as yourself use to carry on from where I'm at?
