I am trying to trace 7 brothers that came to America, at a young age more then likely.
It is my quess this was the early 1700's no later then 1710.
There names are as follows, Edmundson, William, Archellaus, John, Robert, Thomas, and Jesse.
The following Kennedy's arrived in What was Frenchmans' Creek Union South Carolina around 1756, They were William, Archellaus, John and Robert. They were listed as part of Col. Thomas Brandons party which came from Bucks County PA.
I have no other information on them. William married Col. Brandons Sister Mary Ann Brandon.
One of my relitives is a Jesse Kennedy from Union South Carolina, he named his first born son Archellaus, it is my understanding that Scottsman named there first born after there Grandfather, this is where I hit a dead end. So I dont know if there is a connection toTyrone, but I have been lead down the path of CARNAN before, but there was no back up information then either.
