here's the info:

Archibald McNeill, tacksman, resident of Garvant, Isle of Colonsay, Argylshire, shipped 1739. Settled Princess Ann County, VA, married Elizabeth ___, father of Malcolm and Alexander. Died 1741, piro 7-17-1741 (will?) , Norfolk,VA.

Info obtained from Scottish registry Office, stated in
Page 104, Scots on the Chesapeake, 1607-1830 compiled by David Dobson
