Okay, so the Macqueens are historically a pretty low-key, low-profile clan. In the east of Scotland the Revan Macqueens were small landowners and merely part of the Clan Chattan; in western Scotland they were pretty much a subsidiary of the Macdonald clan.

But (apart from the hazy link with Castles Sween & Skipness) are there any actual castles or towerhouses which were specifically Macqueen strongholds? And were Macqueens ever involved in feuds - or were they just too low-key to be involved in any such thing?
