Please be advised that Clan Melville has been organized and members of the Council of Scottish Clans since 1991. I have been given authority by the Earl of Leven/Earl of Melville our official Clan Chief to act on his behalf as Chief of Clan Melville in the United States in an attempt to organize our clan.
