Need address/advice on requesting a birth/death record for a toddler named Michael Gruenwald about 1956-1960 (?). He drowned at age two in a creek behind his home. The family was believed living in Horstein Germany in 1964. The mother's family lived in Ebberswald in 1940's - assume she married here.
