Frank (1810-1900) & Josephine (Koudelka 1820-1908) Bouska were married in 1838 in Bohemia; in late summer of 1853, they left Borovany, Bohemia, with their children from Bremen, Germany, onboard ship HANSA & landed at New York harbor on Dec 13, 1853; their 9 month old baby died & buried at sea.
They were parents of 12 children, one of whom was Martin (1857-1938), who was born in Winneshiek County & married Frances Rezabek of St Lucas area in 1877; parents of 10 children.
