Yes, our Stanley Sharkey died in 1910 at a hospital that is no longer there and the church that buried him no longer exists and the cemetery has no grave marker for him but another funeral home told me he is buried at the Spring Valley, Illinois Cemetery. A marriage certificate I can not find for either wife nor Sharkey as they were probably married in Bureau County, Illinois in the church he was buried through and that no longer exists. We are pretty sure the 1900 Census we have for a Stauna Sharky is our guy but not positive (Spring Valley, Bureau, Illinois) and are positive of the 1910 Census one with wife and children. Believe they married in 1901 according to 1910 Census.
The one we found coming to the states that someone found for us Stanislaw Scharke was headed for Chicago, Illinois, left Hamburg, Germany 2 Feb 1896 and arrived New York, 17 Feb 1896 on the "Prussia". This is all the information we have ever found in 30 years of looking.

So you can see my conundrum. I thank you for your continued suggestions. Maybe I should turn this over to "Who do you think you are?" televison program?
Thank you again. Mrs. Georgea Sharkey
