While I had the LDS microfilm 1578067 (It. 1-4: Marriage banns 1883-1887 It. 5: Marriage banns and 1887 Marriages It. 6: Marriages 1887-1888) on loan to look up a marriage record for a distant cousin I copied several records of persons who were from the same Polish villages as my ancestors.

Marriage Banns - translated from Polish (to the best of my ability)

Jan PODRAZA, 30 year old young man, living in Chicago 3 months (? I think) at Ontar. 31, son of Bartholomiej and Anna nee BRYG, born in Pilzno (Łęki dolne). Can read.

Rosalia GARUS, 27 year old young woman, of Chicago (?), at Ontario 33, daughter of Joźef and Mary nee MUCHA, born in Łęki Górne. Can read.

Banns posted 15, 22 & 29 January 1888. Marriage was on 30 January 1888.
