well, bill...if you're still out there. Antonio is the Italian name for Anthony. Prospero is to prosper or some one of great wealth and fortune...much like the Fortunato. as a wish of good luck for their future, if all the family names had been given out (or if it was a familly name), the italians often gave names to their children of what they wished for them. such as prosperity. hope that answers your questions...even if it's a few years later.
