Lost and unfound: Heidi Gray found the cards and letters at a From the Jan 25, 2005 Sacramento Bee:
Galt flea market. "There must be 500 of them," Heidi said. "I was attracted because of the designs." She looked closer. The letters involved one man, Frank Isoa Nishioka. They were written between 1948 and 1953, sent to a Washington Street address in San Francisco. "They are from friends and relatives," Heidi said. "They talk about the holidays and graduating from UC Berkeley." She wants to find Frank or a relative. She discovered one possible lead in Sacramento, but there was no connection.
